We will explore the new context of the digital economy and the technologies that are driving much of the change. We will also explore how to benefit from the disruption in the core elements of digital strategy: platforms, ecosystems, and new business models.
We will also see how technological progress, economic growth and creativity are creating a world of abundance and opportunity, which next-generation companies are taking advantage of. Hence, the importance of making a paradigm shift from scarcity to abundance, and on the other hand, seeing what it means for the way we lead and create value our organizations.

We will develop creative confidence as a competence that can be strengthened and nurtured through effort and experience. The best way to gain creative confidence is through action, encouraging creativity within our work environment, taking one step at a time, through experiencing a series of small successes. We will work on how to drive creativity within our day-to-day life, and train this skill needed for innovation to happen.
We will also learn the Design Thinking methodology and we will work together to generate innovative solutions to the key business challenges, what we can use to accelerate our growth, launch new initiatives and promote a new culture of innovation that anticipates the emerging needs of our clients.

We’ll see how agility and collaboration are critical to business success in a connected world, and how newly emerging organizations are designed for speed, agility, and adaptability, enabling them to balance operational efficiency with exploring new opportunities in the global economy.
We will learn to see the organization, not as a machine but as an open innovation ecosystem, and accelerate the transformation based on networked autonomous teams, aligned with the strategy and coordinated by an agile and collaborative culture.

This week we will develop new capacities as leaders and we will create the ideal conditions for our teams to contribute to change, with the right tools and methodologies to adopt a new digital culture and incorporate new ways of doing, thinking, and leading that will be key to making operational excellence possible by exploring new opportunities.
We will see why leadership in an agile organization requires purpose, empathy, inclusion, and collaboration. To accelerate the transformation, a new organizational design is needed that has not one, but two structures. One structure focused on achieving day-to-day business results and a second complementary structure, which operates as an agile network, focused on the new opportunities and demands of the future. This week we will look at the critical capabilities we need as an organization to achieve the business agility we need to anticipate an opportunity or threat, to adapt and to react efficiently and effectively: Shared purpose, transformational leadership, autonomous teams of networked professionals, rapid decision and learning cycles, agile and iterative processes, and new business models based on innovation platforms and ecosystems.

This week We help you launch MPV’s with innovative and agile solutions to business challenges and create an innovation ecosystem capable of anticipating changes, adapting to them and providing creative solutions to customers’ emerging needs. We will do this by applying the new skills we have developed and adopting new ways of working in agile and effective autonomous teams.
The goal is to create an innovation map for each organizational area that will serve as a guide for accelerating the strategy based on the adoption of new behaviors and forms of collaborative work. As far as possible, a portfolio of reference collaborative initiatives will be built and validated for further scaling.
